The mutable intelligence is M. Kernel ANN is the constitutional architecture around it. The design target is that consequential authority remains independently constructed outside the mutable optimizer's unilateral writable state.

The current composition stops before the planned native protected-file effect boundary. File writes used to store test journals do not themselves demonstrate that protected effect primitive.

The model is not the company.
Kernel ANN is intended to make the intelligence layer replaceable. A stronger external model should be capable of making an Andaluz product more useful without automatically making that model more authoritative.
This does not imply current compatibility with every provider.
The intelligence is replaceable. The authority relation is not.
